Reason for my application
I’m aware that the Kato facility has undergone significant changes, but I’m willing to work diligently if given the opportunity to return. I’m capable of learning any area that’s assigned to me. I just want a chance to return to my previous position.
The reason I left my previous role was due to the layoffs that happened in April 2024. About 10-15 percent of the workforce at Tesla was laid off. I ask to be reconsidered for this role and in return I will do anything and everything that is in my ability to show why it was a good decision in rehiring me for this role.

My review score is 2, which is considered good in the main factory, as the current review system assigns scores of 1 to 3.I’m familiar with all the processes levels in my area, from station 20 to station 40. This includes the right and left sides of the cars, as well as the front and rear. I enjoy my current role, but I miss my previous responsibilities.
