- I started out just carrying supplies for and quickly moved up to quality control (checking every nut and bolt for missing/improper installation) which I then trained others to do.
- I was soon taught to operate the heavy equipment that would install the six foot screws that act as the foundation for the solar panel racking system.
- Once I had learned the technique I was trusted to go out to new job sites with other employees and equipment to install these set screws under no supervision.
- I was in charge of drilling, staging of materials, shipment receiving, site procedures, and reporting back to our regional supervisor.
