Cradle is dedicated to the transformation of non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) by offering comprehensive fetal genetic analysis and pregnancy health screening solutions at early stages of pregnancy.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of sample collections
• Accessioning of human samples and data entry into developmental database/LIMS
• Receive reagents and consumables; organize and manage inventory and manages requests
• Inventory management
• Providing weekly summaries of projects
• LIMS support
• PowerBI support

• Reagent preparation
• Writing and revising SOPs

Kohn Lab focuses on mating systems evolution, floral biology, pollination, and biodiversity.

Responsibilities:

• Bee pollen collection from pollinating fauna visiting native species
• Pollen count data entry
• Field work
• Running transects
• Maintaining greenhouse.

• Organized and ran UCSD recruit trips for prospective student-athletes.
• Assisted in setting up pool deck and cleaning up public areas during practices and swim meets.
• Maintained Colorado Time Systems swim timing equipment.
• Prepared results from timing systems for swimming officials and coaches.

Work with Twitter platform of Gulf of California Marine Program (GCMP). Creates twitter posts that tie in environmental issues and other relevant information to the studies and findings of the lab.
