Biking, Pilates, Drawing, Baking

Whenever time permits, I enjoy biking with my friends and family around the neighborhood or on the newly built trail in Weslaco, TX. My preference is to cycle or practice pilates, and I believe it is crucial to incorporate fitness into our daily lives. I began to bike and do pilates during the COVID-19 pandemic. My appreciation of nature, patience, and prioritizing my well-being have all increased as a result of this. When I am not exercising and want to relax, I opt for a pen and paper or the ingredients in my pantry. I have always loved art, whether I was creating it or just admiring it. I believe it gives me a brief moment of stress relief and a reminder that there is beauty in other things. Similar to drawing, I find that baking is therapeutic. I get to reduce anxiety while simultaneously having to pay strict attention to detail.
