Popular chain brunch restaurant in the heart of Kansas City with several locations across the nation. Weekends were an absolute must with being able to work in an environment that's extremely high volume every weekend and holidays. My job as expo was to make sure all plating and food come out correctly, on time and effectively to ensure there are zero mistakes before making their way to each correct table. Shift lead responsibilities included team and server management, make the schedule for all servers, weekly server meetings to reconvene and make sure all of the team is on the same page every week to guarantee impeccable service to others and making the shifts as smooth as possible for all involved.
