  • Earned the title of "Shrink Champion," where I oversaw all departments' and sub-departments' shrink numbers. I was hand-picked by executives to control orders, cost relief, and attended numerous specialized trainings per department.
  • Several new store openings, remodels, and relocations to note from an empty building to fully merchandised and all POS software installed in 5 days. All of which were successful on G.O. day.
