In 1991, I began as a regular employee; after two years, I was promoted to machinery technician. Three years later, I was promoted to maintenance supervisor for the entire facility, and a year after that, I was promoted to maintenance manager. I worked on new expansion projects and stayed with the same company for 17 years until a workforce reduction occurred. During my time there, the company provided me with training in electricity, plumbing, and industrial machinery technology
