As Dr. Garcia’s Campaign Promoter, I was responsible for increasing interest and support for Dr. Garcia’s cause in the Dallas community. My role included outreach and messaging through flyer distribution and door-to-door communications, engaging potential voters, spreading key messages, and ensuring Dr. Garcia’s voice was heard throughout the city.
Through a two-month outreach effort, Dr. Catalina Garcia won her election to the Dallas County Community College District Board of Trustees to represent District 1 in Texas, defeating Edwind Flores by 6,707 votes.
