• Testing and maintenance of chillers and auxiliaries to supply chilled water for Lusail City around 38 square kilometers.
• Testing and maintenance of 11KV soft starter panels feeding to chiller compressor.
• Testing and maintenance of 3.3KV VFD Panels, and 415V LT switch gear panels.
• Testing and maintenance of secondary pumps, primary pumps, condenser pumps, cooling tower fans, makeup pumps, and domestic pumps.
• Responsible for operations including BMS, HVAC, Fire Suppression, Access control, and Central Battery.
• Continues testing of 11KV incomers and outgoing feeders relays, breakers, CTs, and PTs.
• Repair and maintenance of Circuit Breakers ( VCB, ACB, MCCB) and switch gears.
• Responsible for switching operations 11KV, 3.3KV and LT switch gears.
• Maintains and Repair Medium Voltage Panels.
• Inspects Electrical Switchgear, UPS systems, and external loads.
• Manages and schedules annual maintenance contractors in fire alarm system, and Generators.
• Planning of monthly and yearly scheduled maintenance activities for DCP.
• Maintenance of RO section with RC Pump, high-pressure pumps, and LT switch gears.

• Responsible for entire building operation including Electrical, BMS, HVAC, Fire Suppression, Access control, Central Battery, and Plumbing.
• Controls budget of AMC’s, periodic audits.
• Repair and maintenance of Circuit Breakers ( VCB, ACB, MCCB) and switch gears.
• Installation of Lighting Control Panel.
• Inspects MV Room, ETS Room, chilled water flow, and pumps to ensure temperature according to atmospheric conditions.
• Maintains and Repair Medium Voltage Panels.
• Inspects Electrical Switchgear, UPS systems, and external loads.
• Manages and schedules annual maintenance contractors in fire alarm system, landscape, Generators, BMU, and façade cleaning.
• Receives reactive calls from tenants and ensures immediate action.
• Operates and Maintains Ework orders for proper function of CMMS.
• Conducts annual inspections of units and equipment and submits reports to building manager.
• Assists with HSE Activities.
• Allocates housing keeping services including deep cleaning, marble polishing & carpet shampooing.
• Make sure that work methods are sufficient to meet project needs.
• Responsible for Monthly reports, Weekly reports, Incident reports, Engineering reports, Comparison reports on quotations and other emergency reports.

• Plan and supervise work of 10 technicians.
• Responsible for all ETP, RO, STP, and DP Water Treatment Plant Electrical Maintenance.
• Maintains A/C, Electrical, and plumbing Systems for entire plant.
• Maintains records on electrical jobs and assigns to appropriate personnel.
• Commanding supervisors & technicians to solve technical problems and updating records.
