• Responsible for creating and delivering an enterprise-wide data strategy by combining a deep knowledge of healthcare data (Claims, STARS, HEDIS, Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), Risk Adjustment, Plan, Product, Benefits, Member Touchpoints, Sales, Broker, Marketing and NPS etc.) and a commitment to orchestrate and maximize experiences that matter to consumers, clients, and health care professionals.
• Manage geographically dispersed 35+ professional staff and subcontractor teams tasked with design, implementation and deployment of data management, analytics and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with business & operational teams to understand data sources, scope requirements, and design new solutions using direct, matrixed, and subcontractor teams.
• Build and mature delivery and technology engineering capabilities and establishes culture of delivery and operational excellence
• Lead technical design, development, and release processes to meet client requirements and proactively address emerging customer needs.
• Manage security risks and implications when evaluating new solutions, and maintain awareness of current security controls in place
• Oversee build of new single cloud environment consisting of unified data architecture, with services and technologies that will enable UHC to manage integrating legacy Campaign Data Platforms into Unified MarTech Platform.
