Design and Analysis of Tractor Trolley Chassis (March,2020 - June,2020)

• Design and simulate a Tractor trolley chassis for safe working condition
• Designed 3D models of chassis for both C and I- cross section using NX 10.0 software
• Used ANSYS workbench to do static and dynamic analysis (modal and harmonic)

PLC Program to detect burnt peanuts and remove them from conveyer belt (August,2019 - November,2019)

• Used a light source and some sensors to detect these burnt out peanuts
• Provided with list of inputs and outputs, and created a ladder logic

Fire Fighting Robot (August,2017 - November,2017)

• Used Fire sensor module to detect the fire. Infrared light from the fire is received by the IR receiver.
• Then we used Op-Amp to check for voltage change.
• Finally developed a code using Arduino.

Coding on Extrusion using C++ (February,2019 - April,2019)

• Taking elevations of a building and projecting the curves on to the selected surfaces
• Obtained the equation of a surface created by the extrusion of a circle
• Calculated the normal vector at each point of such surface, and applied a reflection condition.

Optimum cutting conditions to get lower cutting forces in turning of mild steel, aluminum materials(August,2019 - November,2019)

• Used high precision lathe and used Computerized lathe tool dynamometer to measure cutting forces
• Used ANN, an equation is obtained to find out the cutting forces when the input parameters were given
