• Bellflower Solar (152MW, PJM IN, VPPA - Verizon Communications, COD 2022) Successfully led development activities of key contracted asset shortly after joining Lightsource which included local zoning approval across two counties with a long history of local opposition to renewables.
• Honeysuckle Solar (150MW, PJM IN, PPA - AEP, COD 10/2024) Led and closed M&A opportunity.

• Led greenfield development activities within PJM RTO, facilitating development of over 2000MW of new wind projects.
• Established and led grassroots community network of renewable energy supporters throughout Illinois, enhancing support for development activities during COVID pandemic.

Achievements:

• Initiated Bison Meadows Wind Project (250MW, PJM IL) within 2 months of hire, securing leases for 2,000 acres for PJM queue application.

• Oversaw project development activities across Midwest, ensuring alignment with company KPIs.
• Led a cross-functional team in the development of over 1GW of utility-scale wind and solar projects across multiple RTOs; executed on project deliverables within schedule and budget.
• Led greenfield and project acquisition efforts, managing land acquisition, permitting, environmental assessments, preliminary site engineering, off-take negotiations, and project financing.

Achievements:

• Salt Fork Wind Farm (174MW, ERCOT, Build/Transfer - Southern Power, COD 2016). Worked independently to manage project from asset acquisition through construction.
• Stoneray Wind Farm (100MW, MISO North, PPA - SMMPA, COD 2018). Reestablished mothballed project and successfully secured MN PUC approval. Led adjacent project acquisition to hit nameplate capacity.
• Leased 26,000 acres for Livingston Co Wind Farm in a challenging community environment; built grassroots support network to secure land efficiently.
• Kings Creek Wind (300MW, ERCOT, PPA - Pedernales Electric Coop, COD 2022). Originated site development in Throckmorton and Haskell Counties, Texas.

• Led the execution of a development pipeline of over 500MW of wind energy projects by performing a range of duties, including but not limited to project financial modeling, project design/siting, permitting, grid interconnection, land leasing/ROW acquisition, and community engagement.
• Monitored project progress to ensure alignment with objectives, schedules, and budget; identified and mitigated risks to meet deadlines.
• Engaged public and private stakeholders to communicate project impacts, goals, and milestones through presentations.
• Developed and enforced project site safety plans to assert the security of workers and the overall public in compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.

• Consistently outperformed expectations in achieving business objectives as a GIS/Real Estate Manager, leading to a promotion to the Development Manager position.
• Managed all geospatial and real estate functions, which included constraint mapping and site evaluation for greenfield opportunities; M&A due diligence, land leasing/ROW acquisition, transmission queue preparation, and data management; provided strategic planning, project management, and real estate title oversight on multiple projects.
