I’m a results-driven leader with over 25 years in the truck service industry, currently overseeing 38 locations as a Regional Operation Specialist. My journey began in 2008 at TA as a Diesel Technician, and I’ve since advanced through every level of technical and operational leadership—including Master TEC L2, Mentor TEC, APCM, Technical Quality Manager, Shop Manager, and PCM/Shop GM. I’ve led high-impact programs that improved technician efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. I pioneered Mobile Maintenance operations across Florida, transforming underperforming locations into top performers, including a DTO site that became #1 company-wide Multiple times in a 24 month period. Recognized as Specialist of the Year in 2024, I continue to mentor PCMs in financial forecasting, margin analysis, and KPI management, Leadership, driving excellence across our network.
