• Provides guidance and resources to employees to maintain safety procedures and enhance protection.
• Conducts regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and prevent accidents and injuries.

- Ensure operators have compliant paperwork and supplies for current jobs.

- Efficiently operates all machines in molding.

- Give breaks to operators in designated sections.

- Practices and follows excellent GMP.

- Coach new employees to maintain standard operator habits to promote quality work productivity.
