• Completed extensive diagnostic radiographic procedures in the Radiology department of various hospitals and outpatient facilities utilizing both digital and computed radiography; personally performing up to 60+ exams a day.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and proficient use of specific Epic modules; accurately and actively documenting patient data, exam status, and medication information to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Developed and demonstrated proficiency in the OR setting directly working in up to 50+ neurosurgery and spine cases providing support to the surgery team through careful and efficient manipulation of the C-arm (GE OEC 3D) to obtain sharp and clear images, assist in ensuring integrity of all sterile fields, and the annotation and processing of images into the PACS/DICOM system.
• Performed up to 100+ non-surgical, fluoroscopy exams pertaining to barium swallow studies, enemas, arthrograms, aspirations, lumbar punctures, and cystograms. Taking charge in all responsibilities that are expected of a full technologist including prepping the patient, obtaining relevant history, preparing consent forms, setting up any sterile portion of the exams, assisting the radiologist during the procedure, and manipulating the R&F tables (GE Precision 180 and ).
• Assisted and performed in 20+ procedures in interventional radiology, scrubbing in to setting up the instrument table, circulating equipment as needed, and assisting surgeons manipulating the biplane C-arm machine (Siemens ARTIS icono Biplane).
