- Train the trainer for all forklift drivers, propane and electric, Had my own classes for forklift training.
- Made sure all material was rotated and used for the next year, counted inventory etc
- Made sure all box forming machine were up and going, if I couldn’t fix it I would have to call machine mechanic.
- Clean up had to use all the right chemicals from all soap and alcohol for sanitation in packing house
- Made sure production was up and running, when it supposed too, Ran sizer when manager wasn’t present…
