  • Screen printing of lead free ceramic material - the ceramic is an incipient ferroelectric showing field induced phase transition - followed by infiltration with sol gel solution to get dense ceramic thick films in the 8 - 20 umrange.
  • Dielectric and piezoelectric characterization of thick films. Polarization, Capacitance and frequency dependent study.
  • Domain study using piezo force microscopy - imaging using Dual AC resonance tracking mode PFM and Band Excitation PFM.
  • Modeling and analysis of the observed results
