• As part of the project KeyBank – MSTS – AVM – Payments & Deposits Operations application modules, the File Management System, Finance Technology, and Mail System Application are developed and maintained to provide a best-in-class experience to users from various departments (Check Adjustments, Finance, Operations Balancing, and Control departments) of KeyBank.

Project Description:

Project Title: Commercial Digital (File management system and Financial Technology).

Description: In this enhancement of FMS and Fintech Application is performed. As a banking domain daily generating the transactions reports to clients. And every client's transaction details are stored in this, and any changes in the existing system, or any new development of the system, will be implemented based on the requirements.

Project Title: Mail Systems.

Description: Mail system deals with customer communications across the bank. It creates paper copies, digital copies, and image files for the external clients. Ninety percent of external communications for clients have been taken care of by this suite. It generates the end user report that needs to be dispatched to the customers. The reports may include various statements such as Loan Notices, Mortgages etc. The customer statements formatter is a Mainframe batch system, which generates these reports for all the accounts listed in the bank. It incorporates transaction processing, posting transactions to accounts, and generation of files & reports for all customers across the country.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Works for the banking domain, with mainframe as the primary technology. Identified and automated regular workflows. I am taking care of these applications without any support from initial days itself and making these applications most stable.
• Design new templates for client using Ex stream open text and ICM designer based on the client requirement.
• Creating & executing test jobs in IT & QV environments to load the outputs to VDR & CMOD for LOB Validations.
• Ensure quality work products are delivered to suit business requirements.
• Received multiple appreciations from clients for handling the issues with smart solutions.
