  • In Vitro & In Vivo Skills: Antibacterial studies like e-coli culture colony method, Cellular studies like culturing cells, in vitro cellular uptake & drug delivery, cell migration, Cell sorting, flow cytometry, Western Blot, Protein and mRNA extraction & isolation, SiRNA transfection, Lentiviral transduction, Immunofluorescence. In vivo mice handling (Tail cutting, Femoral artery dissection, wound creation, Lung harvest and BALF collection), RT PCR, Genotyping.
