Application Name: Data Platform Migration and Maturity Program.

Data Platform Migration and Maturity program is a data migration program from on-premise to cloud-based system to enhance financial services for Toyota and Lexus vehicles at Toyota Financial Services. The program manages data involving vehicles, dealers, contracts (retail/lease), customer services operation s and dealer credit risk analysis .It used to generate reports to anticipate customer vehicle buying experiences, such as financing and insurance choices, throughout North America.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Effectively guided and supervised a team of 15+ onsite & offshore, ensuring smooth execution of project requirements
• Collaborated with clients to gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements, driving successful user acceptance testing (UAT) for solutions that meet client needs

This data migration is followed by cleansing and processing the data for analytics and reporting using Power BI reporting tool, which integrates various labor-related metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managed the delivery of projects by leading a team of more than 8 offshore professionals
• Collaborated with end-users to streamline reporting needs and enhance labor details in reports
• Provided detailed insights into the technical challenges and opportunities associated with migrating from Hyperion reporting to Power BI

The project involves the development of a cloud system for connected vehicle services (Telematics) using near real-time data from Toyota & Lexus vehicles. This solution supports customers and dealers by enabling remote monitoring of vehicle health and maintenance information. It is built to be flexible and elastic in the cloud, offering real-time diagnostics and notifications through online and mobile platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managed and directed team with over 8 members
• Handled technical issues in Dealer applications caused by Diagnostic Data from the vehicle
• Facilitated communication between cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with telematics requirements set by Toyota Japan
• Configured and created custom alerts to proactively identify and mitigate application outages or failures
• Designed and implemented Python scripts to extract car information from API sources.

Achieved the primary goal of Phase 1 by developing and testing a database query for cross-referencing vehicle part lists with the International Material Data System (IMDS). It manages information related to materials used in vehicle parts through the use of the IMDS, a global database utilized by the automotive industry. The purpose is to conduct a comparison to identify non-compliant parts lacking corresponding entries in the IMDS for banned chemicals and substances of concern.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managed and led offshore team to achieve successful completion of phase 1 scope with a group size of 5+.
• Designed and implemented migration mapping design and workflows for transferring data from flat file to SQL server database using Informatica 9.0.1.
• Implemented various test cases to ensure the quality of the software.
• Performed impact analysis on logged issues, prioritized them accordingly, and ensured timely production support after go-live as per SLAs.
• Created and maintained Power BI dashboards for generating daily, monthly and quarterly IMDS reports

An application to create, manage, and track incentives and costs associated with dealers. The application enhanced dealer satisfaction by implementing effective eligibility management systems for incentive programs. It helps to monitor and record costs associated with dealer activities, including operational expenses and promotional costs using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) technology for data migration and Hyperion reports for detailed analysis

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Worked in feasibility analysis in migrating Hyperion reports to OBIEE reports.
• Worked on data center migration project successfully with zero downtime.
• Worked on performance tuning of long-running jobs.
• To work on various enhancements to increase system performance, such as reducing batch execution time, purging obsolete jobs, and automating existing functions.
• Automated report distribution using shell, Python.
