  • 7) Bio: (1-3 paragraphs explaining who you are)
  • Healthcare is one of the most important industries in the world. Without it, many people, including Vinsent Franke would not have survived his own addiction let alone live to know a happy, healthy lifestyle. Many health care professionals enter the industry with the intent of making a difference. Vinsent Franke shares in this universal truth, by further discovering that most people either resist or are unconscious of their own life purpose. Vinsent openly describes how different types of pain and unresolved trauma changes people, therefore altering their purpose. Vinsent passionately serves the countless victims of traumatic life events resulting in chemical dependency, mental illness, domestic violence, marital separation, divorce, unemployment, homelessness, disability, incarceration and even through the transition point of dying. No matter the type of physical, mental, emotional, sexual, financial, or spiritual affliction, Vinsent walks beside each person individually to begin their own type of recovery process.
  • Self-discovery is where the true adventure is. Recovery is the process of combating disease, disorder, and perception and Vinsent demonstrates how redefining truth, and helping people create healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthening their interpersonal relationships, is an entire reintegration of the human experience; it is a complex interaction to build the type of trust that leads to quality life. Each of us, “have been prepared for what we were made for.” Vinsent’s past experiences range from professional tattoo artist, weapons based martial artist and engineering. Vinsent will fight for you when you can’t fight for yourself. Recovery centers in developing the secret self, encouraging creativity, stimulating mental activities for cognitive repair, and in awakening the self to emotional regulation as it is necessary to continually inspire and motivate the body to be exercised and pushed into deeper states of reality and awareness, and into the higher consciousness of one’s own potential.
  • As a long-standing member within the field of addiction, Vinsent has become recognized as an industry leader. Vinsent utilizes his own recovery experience when consulting, launching start up’s, or in architecting the development of a new business models. Healthcare is a highly complex industry. For Vinsent the path of coach/interventionist/pastor/counselor/clinician/administrator/businessman/colleague remains one of self-mastery. Vinsent esteems motivation from his developed service style in leadership. Vinsent currently holds degrees in theology, liberal studies, addiction psychology and health care administration and is now completing a second master’s in clinical psychology.
  • As an expert in startup and strategic management, Vinsent recognizes how an organizations ability to identify and promote cohesive workgroups or positive relationships amongst its employees also realize the negative cultural consequences that dysfunctional work groups manufacture. This marks the ability of a successful or failing leadership; adequately communicating the mission, philosophy and values of the organization culture required to achieve the leaderships strategic objectives. Vinsent work not only contributes to the growth of the bottom line, creating a sense of vitality and fulfillment echoes across the organizations culture ultimately transforms the single most important thing, which is the clients treatment experience. Vinsent Franke shares his expertise openly with those in need. A devoted husband, proud father, and supportive sibling, he very is comfortable grappling with any defect or disorder, be it personal or business related until a corrective experience transforms the people involved, to him that is what a life of recovery is truly about.
