• Organized freezers, refrigerators and storage rooms by receiving, recording, and moving food and beverage supplies and products.
• Shared information with customers about menu items, preparation methods, and ingredients.
• Operated manual and electric appliances to peel, slice, and trim food.
• Executed sandwich artistry duties with very low occurrence of errors.
• Prepared and served hot and cold sandwiches based on customer preferences.
• Restocked and rotated stock in display case to mitigate stock loss.
• Kept kitchen, counter and dining areas cleaned and sanitized.

This was an auction house where I would inspect items and stock them appropriately. Every day I would haul pallets from the backroom to the stock room, sort products and then take photos of packages. I would also work the front assisting customers with their online orders.

I had a variety of tasks; dishwashing, stocking, serving, and catering. Used to bring in our weekly shipments and help the head chef with meal prep. Towards the end of my time there I even got a chance to train new hires. I wasn't able to get a supervisor position and was part of the reason I left, but during my time there I had to fill in as supervisor when they called out.
