Conduct intakes, orientation and assessments for individuals referred and seeking intervention or treatment services for substance use disorders;
Assist patients in the development and implementations of their treatment plans and monitor their progress on identified goals and objectives;
Build and maintain cooperative and collaborative relationships with partnering agencies, organizations and individuals that imitate and maintain referrals to the agency and support well-coordinated patient services;
Maintain clinical record of each patient in the manner that complies with agency policy, DHEC, CARF, DAODAS and DHHS;
Oversee and case manage patients enrolled in the South Carolina Alcohol Drug Safety Action Program (ADSAP);
Notify Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services of individuals enrollment and completion in ADSAP;
Ensure ADSAP remains in compliance to governing authorities;
