  • Analyzes statistical data for inclusion in the CYS Annual Report and to identify needs and trends. Recommends appropriate action based on analysis.
  • Prepares Installation Status Report 1 (Facilities) and 3 (Programs). Reviews CYS Census data for accuracy and incorporates results into 5 year plan.
  • Oversees the logistics of the Installation Child and Youth Evaluation process to include materials dissemination, and collection and roll-up of results. Provides team members with completed reports and corrective action plans.
  • Prepares historical ICYET files and locates them in an area accessible to the Higher Headquarters Inspection Team.
  • Recruits and hires qualified administrative personnel utilizing Army CYS Standard Position Descriptions.
