As a motorman, the following duties were carried out: inspecting equipment for noise, vibration and leakage of various liquids, on pumps, turbines, distillation units and condensers, and drawing up a condition report. Motorman lubricates and maintains machinery and equipment such as generators, steering systems, lifeboats and wastewater disposal systems, and cleans and reconditions tools and equipment.
Since I had permission and skills in welding and turning, I also did welding and turning work.
