With over 20 years of experience in enterprise user research, I possess extensive knowledge and expertise in understanding the development and utilization of technology by humans. Throughout my career, I have held both individual contributor and leadership roles in various organizations and product areas.
I recently returned to the role of IC research as a Research and Insights Architect for the Salesforce platform. In this position, my focus has been on studying our builder audiences and their utilization of AI in application development. Prior to this, I successfully built the multidisciplinary User Research team at Tableau Software, which continued after our acquisition by Salesforce. Before my time at Tableau, I served as a Senior Manager and Design Researcher at Microsoft. During my Microsoft tenure, I contributed to projects spanning the Internet of Things, Windows Desktop, Tablets & Phones, Windows Mobile, Office 2007, and Microsoft.com.
