  • Manage and execute multimedia environmental compliance (Air, Stormwater, Wastewater, Mine reclamation, Groundwater usage, etc.), permit requirements, and expansion projects company-wide for the subsidiary lime manufacturing plants, aggregate plants, and lime slaking facilities, located in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and DFW & Houston, Texas regions.


  • Work closely with all plant personnel and corporate directors to achieve environmental goals with applicable permits and accreditations, permitting strategies, optimization projects, and environmental inspections and state audits.


  • Implement operational and environmental permitting strategies towards company growth. Managed projects that reclassified a Major Source facility to an Area Source and effectively removing pending MACT requirements proposed by the EPA.


  • Calculate and determine potential emissions with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Used in all compliance reporting and permitting actions. Worked with plant personnel to reduce air permitting CAM restrictions on new vertical kiln project.


  • Direct liaison between the lime manufacturing plants and State Agencies to discuss potential emissions reduction and alternative methods, prepare air permit applications, and finalize deliverables.


  • Prepare State / Federal regulatory reporting, including Tier II, Emissions Inventory, Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting, Toxic Release Inventories, Semi-Annual Deviation Reporting for Title V Sources, Chemical Data Reporting, etc.
