Being promoted to Athletic Training Student Assistant Manager allowed me to fill a role of transformational leadership where I led with a collaborative management style that encouraged my peers to excel at given tasks. Being a self-employed Baker and Dog Walker pushed me toward self-discipline that strengthened my resilience and receptiveness to constructive criticism, while teaching me skills like money handling, making deadlines, and scheduling. Working these roles while engaging in extracurriculars such as Varsity Golf and Dual Studying at Rowan College of South Jersey taught me effective time management, a skill I now apply to everyday life and plan to apply to future job opportunities.
