I was responsible for accurately loading auto accident claims into our collections database, This was a remote position.

I handled a large portfolio of auto subrogation claims. Using best practices and following FDCPA and CFPB guidelines for collection efforts. I received my PCS designation in this position.

I was nominated by my peers several times for being .an ideal team player and did receive those accolades from the company. Also, I was given certificates for being an influencer among my peers company wide. This was a remote position.

I worked remotely in this position, collecting on past due medical debt. Utilizing an inbound dialer and outbound calls, I processed over 100 calls per day. In this position, I was able to attain great success. In all but two months, I was the number one collector. I also held the record for collecting the most money in any one month in the 28 year history of the company.

I managed all daily operations: opening and closing, taking and approving loan applications, creating and improving customer relationships, solving customer issues to secure payment arrangements, posting to customer accounts accurately, keeping all files secure and updated, making daily bank deposits and balancing checkbook, paying all bills, handling payroll for the office, ordering all stock and supplies as needed, marketing in the community to achieve growth of accounts and seeking renewal from current customers. I managed one employee in this position.

I assisted the manager with the day to day operations of the store. I greeted customers, helped them with their lending needs, closed loans for new and existing customers, collected on past due accounts by phone, mail and in the field and refinanced existing customers.

I collected on past due automobile loans. I managed a portfolio of over $3 million in loans. I used problem solving techniques to keep delinquencies low. In situations that called for it, I had to secure our units through repossession companies. At the time of my employment, I held the record for the lowest delinquency r atios in company history.
