As the Shop Lead, I assisted the shop manager in leading shop meetings, goal setting with the crew, interviews, hiring, coaching, and ensuring the shop was up to QA standards. I kept track of inventory and ordered stock to ensure the shop was ready to serve each customer. I also assisted my crew in being a source of information, and a line of communication within the management team while executing the shift lead and barista roles.

• As a Mobster, I had the opportunity to support a new shop opening by training, building, and spreading the DB brand and culture to new areas.

• As a shift lead, I helped train new hires and ensured speed, quality, and service were upheld every shift, while making sure the crew was meeting company standards and expectations by setting the example for the crew. I also helped address customer concerns and communicated with management about any important information regarding the shop.
