• Make research presentations on important topics and passed motions
• Support board President in establishing strategic priorities for obtaining resources for youth.
• Fill in leadership gaps where needed within the board to maintain order and efficiency in time management.
• Redirect meetings when attention drifts from mission goals

Outreach and Recruitment Committee Chair + Youth Representative

• Represent youth and advocate for their needs in their best interest based on personal experience as well as feedback given by youth met in the within the community
• Serve as a scout for youth in need of assistance during day to day life and inform them of available services as well as give them referrals where appropriate
• Give vital insight to non-youth members about living in modern society as a youth individual.
• Be a friendly face in the community
