With the opening of our first new concept Zara home store in the place Vendome Mall,I have been selected to lead the launch and management of the inaugural Zara Store in Qatar,overseeing a 456 SQM retail space and directing a team of 18 handpicked staff members to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Achievements:

Team Leadership: Assembled a team of 18 dedicated professionals through meticulous recruitment, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned with Zara Home brand ethos.

Visual Merchandising Excellence: Collaborated closely with the visual merchandising team to curate an enchanting store layout, ensuring a captivating display that reflects the essence of Zara Home's unique and sophisticated products.

Customer-Centric Approach: Instituted a customer-first mindset within the team, emphasizing the importance of exceptional service to create lasting impressions and build brand loyalty.

Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Orchestrated impactful marketing campaigns, leveraging diverse channels to generate excitement around the store opening. Successfully organized and executed opening events, attracting a significant customer base.

Leadership Style:

Moving to Qatar was a great opportunity for myself as this was the step where i build on and develop my managerial experience.

Working for one of the biggest retailers in the Middle East I was working for a premium and prestige fashion store Zara. Based in Doha festival city mall the store is the largest Zara store in the GCC,my role and responsibilities were managing a team of 24 Staff in my department ,working directly under the Store Manager my role consisted of :

• Driving / Achieving sales target and KPI's.
• Managed opening and closing procedures and recommended changes to enhance efficiency of daily activities.
• Provided weekly work schedules to employees to accommodate business demands and vacation requests.
• Supervised and evaluated staff to help improve skills, achieve daily objectives, and attain advancement.
• Coached sales associates in product specifications, sales incentives, and selling techniques, significantly increasing customer satisfaction ratings.
• Responded to customer concerns, working with manager to significantly raise customer satisfaction ratings.
• Created and maintained safe and secure work environments for employees.
