- Worked with and along side of the engineering team to build test, troubleshoot diagnose and repair any and all issues and preformed all proper prevenitive maintenance as per manufactors recomendatiins and guidlines on all new prototype drive components for all of deere equipment,including large wheel loader engines,transmissions and alxes,duties included ensuring all parts were built and fitted as per manufacturer specs and if prototype parts didn't match machine part to fit properly with unit.
- Other duties included building test cell designs from ground up with proper line motors and drive components along with any and all brackets and mounts per specific by manufacturer,properly test new prototype equipment and ensure cells were turn key ready for test engineers to test said equipment to failure, ect
- Facility maintenance included testing and diagnosing pump stand failures and line motor failures most motors being large from 25hp 3phase 480volts to 800hp motors 3 phase 480 volts down to single phase 110v pump motors for smaller hydraulic applications for test cell functions and large rotary hydraulic turn units as for large excavators swing motors and gearing and all hydraulic valving and supplie oil units , also preformed preventive maintenance on all mentioned equipment above from facility prevenitive maintenance to all machinery,gear boxes,engines, hydraulic systems all valving maintenence required

Experienced in most diagnostic tools for monitoring, testing or repair along with preventive maintenance tools and equipment.
- Diagnosed and repaired diesel engines for, ensuring optimal performance and reliability along with all scheduled preventive maintenance needed and any repairs needed as per manufacturers specifications and guidelines
