I assisted the produce leader I helped the leader do display sets using zebra device under display set, I did co date management w zebra device,, received loads using zebra handheld device, scan out products using zebra device, I made out orders for next day n adjusted orders to what we needed day be day operations making sure just right stuff was needed. I helped come in 6th day when I was off to help Set up department to get ready for walks with big bosses ( president, vice president, district manager) I would do department walks w store leader. I assist the leader by helpjng him manage the produce department to run more smoothly n efficiently. I assist the leader do inventory 1 time a month counting all products on shelf n backstock prep room n cooler. I assisted the leader by coming in with him n helping do table set up rearranging then according a flow chart where they go, I would make sure all product allocations are corrected in device to order what the shelves Spence holds n sales. I helped the leader for special occasions watermelons, pumpkins, peaches sett up tents n sale n sample products to customers by engaging w them to try them.
Stocked produce on tables and green rack by rotating items on shelf new ( fresh) on bottom n old on top by hand stalking everything neatly n professionally to what the standard are 2 high on tables . Broke down produce loads using power jacks to pull pallets off trucks unstacking pallets with straddle stacker then pulling w hand jack to cooler n prep room after that I would get my zebra device n go to my day delievery schedules n click on produce loads n scan the barcodes that has sticker on it to let the device know I recieved the pallets n then click move to cooler on all sticker on pallets from load I click on.. when breaking down the load I would rotate the items new on bottom old on top after breaking down the all pallets I would then get black market n date all products with it that came in on today load . I cleaned green rack with k vac cleaning machine using approved chemicals by eco lab. I set up display for Wednesday sale.Cut using a printer out display set that shows what products did that week goes on what displays (1-3) n all endcapes (6). Marked down veggies n fruits that were damaged scanned them out using a zebra device then if they were sellable I put them in red marks to be mark down. For the green rack I would do daily pre condition washing veggies ( leaf lettuce, parsley, cilantro, green onions, celery, cabbage , asparagus , greens ( mustard turnip, kale, collard) in a produce sink using eco lab approved produce maxx chemicals that washes off all dirt off products n helps the products look n feel crisper n fresher then I would put the products in grey tub w insert if it convential only then putting the tubs on pre condition cart on cooler for the next day use.
