  • My part as being QC here at Trillium Farms was very important
  • I had to maintain the quality of our product being shipped out by taking thermal temperatures of our eggs, monitoring washer PH's, water titration levels, temperatures of the washers, making sure our sanitation spray bar was in spec, recording our silo temperatures and regulating them to spec along with our breaker machine
  • I also was in charge of doing our chemical log, taking samples of our product from the silos and running them in our lab machines along with maintaining chlorine levels through out the whole site
  • Another part of my role was to come up with a corrective action if needed taken and verifying that is was affective
  • This included documentation that followed up by the USDA Government agent on site at all times
  • Also with having the responsibility of shipping out all of our tankers to Michael Foods.
