Accomplishments

    Keeping the drinking water supply to the Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston base, during an 24 inches pipe line burst, by reroute the water backward in the system. Not having any sanitary sewer overflows at the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe during the Mt. Pleasant city major rain event, by keeping my polishing ponds at a very low levels for overflows. Reducing the violations at Glien River Sewer District and getting a 53.3 millions Capital Improvement Plan approved by the residents. At East Tawas wastewater plan violations from 64 a year to 2 a year, and proving to them that they didn't need more storage, but to supernate the storage unit more often.
