Developed the only FNMA licensed mortgage origination office South of Atlanta to the Florida State Line in the early 1990s at my bank.


Established the largest guaranteed student loan origination office in the State of Georgia in the late 1980s.

Creative writing

I have written and published three books which are currently being purchased for distribution to thousands of bookstores throughout the United States by way of the American Booksellers Association.  My literary agent has indicated my books will be selected for distribution by one of the major publication companies.


I have written a feature screenplay based on a true story as documented in one of my books that has been entered and either won or placed in several screenplay competitions.  I am currently working with a movie agent to secure a contract with a major studio for production.  I am also writing a second screenplay based on my experiences as a Vietnam Veteran.
