• Load and unload goods from trucks or containers, ensuring proper placement and securing of items to prevent damage during transit.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment based on packing lists and customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts and other equipment to ensure they are in good working condition and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by following proper storage procedures and managing inventory locations to maximize space and efficiency.

• Efficiently work on an assembly line to pack and prepare meal kits.
• Measure, weigh, and package ingredients and meal kits accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness of the work area by following sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery.
• Accurately label packages and ensure all items are properly marked.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25-50 pounds regularly.
