  • Managed the physical and electronic transition of over $70M in inventory from our Duarte warehouse to our current location in Fort Collins, CO.
  • Consistently met and exceeded annual cycle requirements and passed all related audits. Conducted inventory audits with 99.45% accuracy following company procedures.

  • Collaborated with IT to create and implement the "ZPOD hard stop" project which helped to disposition nearly $1.2M in stranded inventory while preventing any further occurrences. This directly reduced the number of unexpected material shortages.
  • Successfully initiated and completed a EHS initiative to reduce plastic bag usage via the "POD" project pick process that resulted in a 35% decrease in bags used in stock room
