- Leveraged experiences and best practices with ‘Fortune 100’ companies to execute strategic technology upgrades for multiple U.S. Law Enforcement agencies (LEA). Application spaces include RMS, CAD, Mobile, JMS, Crime Analysis, and Alarm Management. Objectives framed by agency goals to increase efficiencies and lower costs in operational processes, plus modernization of toolsets. Worked directly with Exec/Sponsor teams to set project direction and mitigate risk for each implementation. Spearheaded product management efforts for multi-phase, cross-platform projects.
- Consulted on developing ‘Product Management’ teams for LEA organizations to mature product oversite and interoperability, and vendor relationships. Project management processes and best-practice guidelines were based on PMM SDLC guidelines and best practices from ‘Fortune 100’ experiences.
