I have 6 years of RN experience as a Case Manager and Telehealth Registered Nurse for Medicaid/Medicare patients. I am experienced with the Epic computer system through 3+ years of working in a clinic and hospital setting utilizing the outpatient and inpatient Epic platform daily. I worked collaboratively with the health care professionals to ensure our patients had appropriate care, understood medical options and disease state, and reviewed medication for adherence, understanding and compliance. I built a supportive ongoing relationship with my panel of patients through advanced telehealth communication outlets, email, and text messaging. I also ensured diverse community resources were provided across the continuity of care to address housing, food, and peer support needs. As a Telephonic Registered Nurse I used my critical thinking skills to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for multiple disease state patients. I graduated with my BSN in nursing from the University of Washington in 2023. I am currently working as a Post Partum RN at Goodsam Hospital in direct patient recovery and lactation support, until discharge of care.
