  • Received over 500 items of property towards Central Issue Facility.
  • When receiving new property, the personnel verifies the unit of issue, description, and quantity on the receipts of the DD Form 1348-1 that are attached to the items.
  • Inspects the materials for any damages.
  • Assembles the items to be stored on the shelves in CIF.
  • Stores and selects properties for protection and security.
  • Stores the CIF items in proper area and location.
  • Pulls OCIE items from the CIF storage bins to be issued to MD Army National Guard Soldiers.
  • Maintains over 400 issue files and filed over 500 supporting documents in the filing cabinets in CIF.
  • Maintains vital supporting document files by the Julian date sequence.
  • Operates Forklift to load, transport and stack items on pallets, skids and boxes to the Supply Support Activity warehouse when necessary. Insures that proper PMCS is conducted before operating it
  • Conducted over 400 turn-ins of Soldiers that are out processing out of the ARNG.
