· Help the patients navigate JHS.

· Assist patients who qualify get Jackson Card.

· Escalating any appointments based on urgency.

· Ensure ER’s ENT consults apps request are processed.

· Call patients to confirm appointments and assist them with care needs.

· Provide patients with available assistance programs based on their needs.

· Collaborate with any other assistance needed based on patient’s, MDs, administrators and clinic needs.

• As Charge Nurse, implement and coordinate the delivery of patient care in collaboration with physicians and healthcare staff.
• Assigned daily tasks and responsibilities to the staff.
• Revenue Cycle monitoring and documentation.
• Perform chart audits, PI planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Collaborate and implement Covid-19 clinic testing to patients and staff.
• Monitor and ensure high level disinfection is implemented to fiberoptic scopes according to policy and procedure as well as infection control guidelines.
• Monitor and ensure unit's supplies are available.
• Ensure staff is up-to-date with competencies in collaboration with Nurse educator.
