In July 2022, I became a health coach after completing my health journey on the Optavia health and fitness program. Grateful for my success, I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals. July 2023, I attained Associate Director status after one year of coaching. I have enjoyed great success in coaching my family, friends, and others who have faced similar struggles. Coaching has become a rewarding and fulfilling part of my life, and I continue to coach on a part-time basis.
