Wes Young

In receiving we work everything from payments, food safety, customer service with vendors and safety on the job. We work with over 100 TMs in the store and over 30 vendors. We also work with our regional team based out of Miami and Atlanta to stay current on all expectations the company has put in place. There is a lot of communication through email, phone calls, texts and in person.

I did the outside cleaning and inspections of the homes every Saturday. We would do everything from grills, golf carts, patio furniture and cleaning up the property. During the week and in off season I would do projects like cleaning driveways, windows and any other task for inside or outside of the homes. At the peak I was doing 23 homes on Saturday and I brought in 2 other team members that I paid to help me finish those since it was a really busy day. I also would purchase propane, umbrellas, grills and any furniture that needed to be replaced or make the property meet the expectations of TLV.
