Weslesy Lindell

Started working with Watco at the Great Northwest Railroad May 1st, 2011, as a Conductor, advanced to Engineer in 2013 where I have trained new Team Members to work safely and efficiently. in 2013 I also was asked to be the TS&IC leader and facilitated the team and successfully made a difference, most notable task that was completed was putting in eight lights on the west end of the yard. In 2015 was promoted to Trainmaster where I have taken great pride in, training and growing each team member to work safely each day.
