  • My experience with maintaining these have led to increased up-time (from 50% to >95% on all machines).

  • Worked on many upgrade projects that helped acquire new contracts and business.

  • Maintain PM system and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) metrics and maintain spare parts system.
  • Design, quote, procure, build, and install PLC and motion systems around the plant for systems such as building vacuum pumps, waste disposal systems, freezer control and monitoring, and motion systems for 11-axis inspection systems.
