• Compact the dirt after the job was finished.
• Dig the dirt with an excavator.
• Laser the dirt.

I would mainly help the boss on-site with anything; I would water the dirt for digging, or bulldoze, and things like that.

I worked at BJ's for about a year. I had to leave because I went to BYU for school to test the waters out there. BJ's was a great job for me to learn how to get things done while being rushed. I liked how everyone worked as a team there and got things done, doing things for other people to help them, and working as a team.

I worked at this solar company for the summer, knocking door to door.

Being part of that team was a great experience; we all pushed each other and had one goal in mind. I personally grew from this job, being more open to random people, and gaining the experience to be comfortable around people.
