Meet passengers at a designated meeting spot, and go over with passengers what to expect while driving to the decided launch zone. I, along with the other crew members, would begin to unpack the hot air balloon and begin to set it up. The whole process takes about 10 to 15 minutes until the pilot and passengers are in the air. We would then coordinate with the pilot via radios to determine the best place to land and meet there. When the balloon landed, we would get to work disassembling the basket and balloon, and finally drive the passengers back to the meeting spot to finish up the experience. In addition, I would help maintain the company van's cleanliness and upkeep.

• Pull the customer-rented boats to the dock for loading.
• Instruct and go over with customers the proper and safe operation of boats.
• Receive the customer-rented boats, and pull them around to the storage dock.
• Clean and bail water from boats routinely, or when needed, after big storms.
• Repair outboard boat motors when needed, as well as dock sections, and employee housing fence sections.
• Occasionally run errands for the tackle shop, get firewood, or tow boats into town for winter storage.

• Perform tire changes, rotations, flat repairs, and air checks.
• Seamlessly work with the front desk staff and lead a team of 3 to 4 technicians on services to perform.
• Consult with the customer on the services being performed, as well as potential concerns.
• Occasionally write up work orders if we are low on staff for the front desk.
• Train and shadow new hires on how to perform the job correctly and safely.
• Work with everyone to clean the backroom, organize the tires, and close down the store at the end of the night.
