Handle support requests by existing law enforcement agencies reference to LeadsOnline products CellHawk and Nighthawk pertaining to digital data, including, but not limited to cellular data. This encompasses investigative, technical and legal requests.

Develop and instruct law enforcement in cellular analysis and technology in the products CellHawk and Nighthawk, as well as non-product webinars and training in digital data topics such as tower dumps, area searches, obtaining Exigent records from compliance centers and specific cellular carrier overviews. This includes online webinars, including NW3C and in-person classes across the country, including at the National Computer Forensic Institute (NCFI).

Work an on-call 365/24/7 Exigent call line for emergency, life-threatening assistance with cellular analysis in order to assist with LeadsOnline products of CellHawk or Nighthawk, as well as Exigent Missing Persons and/or dangerous fugitives.

Assist Sales personnel is records reviews of investigations for new prospects of law enforcement agencies for the LeadsOnline products of CellHawk and Nighthawk.

• Prepared demonstrative aides to be used at evidentiary hearings and trials, to include, but not limited to cell maps, link charts, timelines and flow charts.
• Collaborated with law enforcement investigators and court officials to determine evidence requirements and deliver timely, helpful support.
• Testify as an expert witness in cellular mapping and analysis, iCloud records, and Cellebrite and Graykey analysis.
